Stage One is the preparation of a Situation Analysis

This is a succinct summary of our observations that will:

a Indicate our professional ability to identify the fundamental branding and communication issues that you will need to resolve in order to achieve the objectives outlined.


b Serve as a draft ‘Scope of Work’ that will not only give you an idea of the depth of analysis, and strategic and creative work that will be required; but also enable you to ‘test your commitment’ to change.


It’s helpful at this point to remember that it’s a form of madness to keep doing what you’ve always done, while hoping for a better result.
For our recommendations to have real value to your business, you have to not only keep an open mind, you have to be open to change.

That’s why we prepare the Situation Analysis. If after reviewing it, you don’t feel you want to progress further, we’ll bill you fort hat insight, and part friends.

In Stage Two, we develop strategic and creative solutions to the issues we’ve identified in the Situation Analysis.


This will encompass:

a Working with you to identify the key differentiators in your business. Not just the things that make you who and what you are, but most importantly, why your prospects should care.


b Competitive analysis of your market; who the players are, and what they stand for.


c Strategic development of a clearly defined market position for your business.


d Creative development of a positioning statement for your brand. And if considered necessary after the preceding analysis, the development of a new brand to encapsulate your offer.


e Critique of all recent and current marketing materials, including advertising and collateral, to assess its suitability for the newly defined brand / position.


f Creative development of a new corporate identity, encompassing the brand, positioning statement, logo and graphic design of a unique corporate look and feel for business stationery, marketing collateral, and ad templates.
